Machine roomless elevator is an elevator that does not require a building to provide a closed special machine room for the installation of an elevator driving host, control cabinet, speed limiter and other equipment. The MRL elevator is not a simple local improvement of traditional elevators, but a major change in elevator technology. 4. MRL elevator layout editing :
The main problem of the MRL elevator is how to arrange the key components such as the cage, the main engine, the control cabinet and the speed limiter in the normal elevator shaft without the condition of the machine room. If the machine room is cancelled, the problem will be solved by enlarging the cross-section area of the well or increasing the top level of the well to solve the problem. The main way to solve this problem is to use the well space to develop special elevator parts and develop new driving mode.
5. The layout of the well path common in the MRL elevator is as follows:
● Host place: it is a specialized design and manufacturing sector disc host, can make it in the top shaft between cage and shaft wall, and the control cabinet with the top layers of the door into an organic whole. The main advantage is that the main engine and the speed limit device are the same as those of the machine roomless elevators, and the control cabinet is convenient for debugging and maintenance. The main disadvantage is that the rated load, rated speed and maximum elevation of the elevator are restricted by the size of the main engine.
● Host: this scheme is to place the drive host in the bottom hole, and the control cabinet is hung between the cage and the well wall of the bottom hole. Its greatest advantage is that the rated load, rated speed and maximum lifting height of the elevator are not limited by the size of the main engine. The main disadvantage is that the main engine and the speed limit are different from ordinary elevators, so the design must be improved.
● The host is placed in the cage: this scheme puts the host on the top of the car, and the control cabinet is placed on the side of the cage. This arrangement is more than the number of cables.
● The host and control cabinet are placed in the opening space of the sidewall of the well channel: the plan is to place the host and control cabinet on the side wall of the top well to reserve the opening. Its biggest advantage is that can increase the lift rated capacity, rated speed and maximum hoisting height, available with a choice of the host and ordinary elevator use speed limiter, and installation and maintenance and emergency turning operation is convenient; The main disadvantage is that it is necessary to increase the thickness of the lateral wall of the opening well, and to install the access door on the outside of the hole.
